Mabli was critically injured while Rob and Gwen were visiting Rob’s terminally ill mother at Withybush Hospital to say their final goodbyes. While Rob was strapping Mabli into her buggy outside the hospital he heard ‘a horrendous revving and screeching’. The Hall family received their award at a star-studded Child of Wales awards ceremony earlier this month.
