77th Primetime Emmy Awards: ‘The Pitt,’ ‘The Studio,’ and ‘Adolescence’ among the night’s big winners

The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards were broadcast live from Los Angeles’ Peacock Theater on Sunday, Sept. 14 on CBS, hosted by comedian Nate Bargatze.
Among the night’s big winners were the HBO Max medical drama “The Pitt” which beat out “Severance” to win the Emmy Award for best drama series, as well as the lead acting award for series star Noah Wyle.
Seth Rogen’s Apple TV+ series “The Studio” won four Emmys, including best comedy, in addition to an acting win for Rogen.
‘Severance’ star Tramell Tillman won the best supporting actor in a drama series, with his co-star Britt Lower named best actress in a drama series.
