Raymond Bowden, of Liverpool Road, Church Lawton, a former Jumbo director, was sentenced to 30 months immediate custody and disqualified from being a director for eight years and three months. Stefan Paraszko, of High Street, Silverdale, a former director of Talke Land Reclamation, was sentenced to 11 months imprisonment, suspended for 18 months, having pleaded guilty to breaching the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010. Joe Frizell, of Crewe Road, Shavington, was sentenced to two years immediate custody for offences at Bonnie Braes Farm, disqualified as a director for six years and has a pending proceeds of crime application.
