Good Coaching Moment of the Game: There was only one turnover in a November trench battle against an always great defense, this team that struggles in all aspects, didn’t turn the ball over more than once. The big plays weren’t given up this game, the running game was emphasized and done well with Martell in to give it a jump start, the defense had their best game of tackling all year long, and the defense also forced three turnovers. I know it was only game but these guys were walking with a little bit of that champions attitude, maybe this game, will be the game that helps them find who they are and give them confidence and bring them together going forward.
