Anonymous professional network Blind conducted a survey recently to determine the top rated and worst rated tech companies to work in India in 2025. Six key metrics were considered while grading the companies: company culture, career growth, compensation, work-life balance and trust in leadership. The tech crowd of Indian are in favour of companies like Target, NVIDIA and American Express as they foster exemplary work environments that foster growth and satisfaction.
