Musician Nguyen Van Ty was born in 1925 in Vinh, Nghe An, coming from a traditional musical family, his father was “the boss of a Ba Yin ward of Vinh Phu countryside, proficient in singing, singing and singing”, later worked as a mechanic at Truong Thi railway factory in Nghe An.
