ROSE took its inaugural drive to the track for a photo of all teams, and as the start flag waved and five teams began the raycing, Team Sunergy, along with 15 other teams, hustled to qualify through its final scrutineering challenges. Team Sunergy’s ROSE entered the track late in the second day of “raycing” at the 2018 Formula Sun Grand Prix (FSGP), and the team fought hard for its third-place win in the Cruiser Class category — the third podium spot for the team in as many FSGP competitions. Team Sunergy’s first vehicle, Apperion, was a modified single-occupant race car; it was replaced by the two-passenger ROSE (Racing on Solar Energy) in 2018, and in summer 2026, the team unveiled its current vehicle, Autumn — a two-passenger Cruiser Class car.
