The victim had a disagreement with the male about the price for services and the male refused to pay her. The male then proceeded to sexually assault the victim. Utilizing various investigative tools, the Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit identified and arrested a male on Monday, April 8, 2013 for two (2) counts of Sexual Assault and one (1) count of Assault Level I.
