New zebra crossing proposed in Upminster to 'improve road safety'
['Charlotte Anderson']
Romford Recorder | News
Havering Council has proposed the installation of a new raised zebra crossing in Front Lane, Upminster, outside of number 321.
The council has opened a consultation on the proposal, seeking residents' views until October 3.
Havering Council has previously sought residents' opinions on other proposed crossings in the borough, including in Pettits Lane in Romford and Whitchurch Road in Harold Hill.
Most recently, it put forward plans for a new signal-controlled crossing in Straight Road as part of the Gallows Corner works.
Visit the council's consultation webpage to share your views on the Front Lane crossing.
