315 S. Water Ave Tahlequah [mdash] DeAnn Johnson, 66, of Tahlequah, OK passed into the arms of Jesus on July 28th, 2025 in Tulsa, OK in the comfort of prayer with her sisters, Debbie and Susan. She was born on February 14, 1959 in Tulsa, OK to Maxine Johnson (Cotter) and Kenneth D. Johnson. DeAnn loved telling stories about making trouble with her sisters Linda, Debbie, Melissa, and Susan. She enjoyed brightening everyone's day with a smile, days spent working her garden, and relaxing beside the river and fishing. She made her home a place of gathering and took pride in her seasonal decorations and having the best looking yard on the block. DeAnn was passionate about loving big by always pouring her heart into her family and creating her own village of friends wherever she went by helping others in any way she could. DeAnn was preceded in death by her son Christopher, parents and many more loved ones. She is survived by her daughter Falisha Jones and grandchildren Aliyah Jones-Young and Myron Gills Jr.; sisters Susan McLain and Debbie Waller; brother George M. Cooper; nieces and nephews Amy and Brian; Brittany, Bubba, Jacob, and Kaleb; Jerry, Sarah, Amy Jo, and Becca; Michael and Gabriel; great nieces and nephews Kelsey, Bryce and Clue, Kloie, and many more great great nieces and nephews.
