Man who flashed genitals in Worcester has court sentenced delayed AGAIN
['Leda Reynolds']
Ledbury Reporter | News
Christopher Mahon, of Columbia Drive, Lower Wick, first exposed himself on April 18 this year and then again exactly a week later.
Worcester Magistrates' Court had been told at an earlier hearing that Mahon deliberately exposed himself intending that someone would see and be caused alarm or distress.
At that hearing, Mahon pleaded guilty to two charges of exposure contrary to the Sexual Offences Act and the case was adjourned while a pre-sentence report was prepared on him.
Mr Aggrey told the court that treatment would continue until November 12.
Chairman of the bench, Brent Robinson, adjourned the case and said Mahon will now be sentenced on November 17 at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court.
