Adam Malinski, of Lear Close, Worcester, had been found guilty of sexually assaulting the woman following a trial. At a sentencing hearing at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Monday (September 22), prosecutor Liz Blacklock told magistrates that the incident had occurred in November last year. "This contact was very much unwanted," said the woman, in a statement to the police read aloud by Ms Blacklock. Malinski was also ordered to pay his victim £100 compensation, £620 costs and a victim surcharge of £114. Chairman of the bench, Brent Robinson, told Malinksi that he would also now be put on the sex offenders' register.
