These two higher-dose vaccines, Flublok® (Influenza Vaccine) and Fluzone® High-Dose (Influenza Vaccine), along with standard dose Fluzone® (influenza Vaccine), make up Sanofi’s 2025/26 U.S. influenza portfolio. If Fluzone, Flublok, or Fluzone High-Dose are administered to immunocompromised persons, including those receiving immunosuppressive therapy, the expected immune response may not be attained.
