One person is dead after a paragliding accident in Sevier County.
According to Sevier County Sheriff Nathan Curtis, a 65-year-old male from Weston Massachusetts, crashed while taking off from the Thompson Basin launch area on Sunday.
Search and Rescue responded to the scene but the flyer succumbed
