MARTIN: Well, I’m talking about a particular type of shortcut, and it’s a shortcut that essentially puts a piece of information that you give to someone or a request that you make in a context that aligns to just one of it’s actually three fundamental core motivations that we all use to determine whether or not we should pay attention to an appeal or act on a piece of information. SARAH GREEN: One of the other, I thought, examples of a small thing, kind of an action, different kind of small thing that you talk about in the book is a health care example.
