AMY BERNSTEIN: Yeah, I found this article kind of interesting because the locus of its inquiry is professional service firms, law firms, consultancies and a problem that I think will be very familiar to some of our listeners. SARAH GREEN: And what I found some interesting here too is that some of the stuff we kind of do intuitively– like if I’m interested in what you’re saying, I will lean towards you in order to kind of close that spatial distance.
