So what happened with Mayer is that Larry Page, who was no longer CEO anymore, was starting to get sort of frustrated with the pace of innovation at Google, and he had always set up the company in a way that he really liked to have people arguing and fighting and kind of solving things that way. But people who work on the soft skill side of businesses, particularly I would speak to those people who work in the advertising or the media side of Yahoo’s business, these are people who have a sort of empathic and high EQ style of managing, and they’d get into a room with her, and she wouldn’t be able to look at them in the eye.
