The mistakes other people make about us, I mean I think the good news is that when people don’t see you as you intend to be seen, they don’t really get you, it’s not random. Ask people who you trust to tell you the truth, do I give off signals that indicate that I’m not listening, do I give off signals sometimes that indicate that– and often people will say, yeah, if I didn’t know you better, I would think you were kind of a jerk because they’ve come to know over time that you actually are warmer than you appear. And then the other thing I just sort of wanted to ask you about is so when you all know, OK, these are the things that work and these are the kind of biases people have that I have to overcome, I mean I just want to do a little bit of a reality check here.
