SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: So there’s so many companies today dealing with digital disruption, as some might even say, digital destruction. And that obviously has put a lot of pressure on companies to change their strategies and their operations, but it can also put pressure on us, I think, as individuals to improve our digital IQ, or DQ, as McKinsey has called it, and also to create a more digital organizational culture. SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: So in a way, it sounds to me like we’re actually talking about the extreme end of a phenomenon that I think we’ve all probably seen or heard about in companies, where we may be treating the digital– quote unquote, digital people, as if they’re their own tribe.
