So looking at that direct action and the outcome, which is positive social change, is what distinguishes social entrepreneurs. And that’s probably where most social entrepreneurs, would-be social entrepreneurs, where they start with that vision. Social entrepreneurs identify their model for change and how they can create impact far beyond the scale of their organization and the scale of the inputs to that organization.
