SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: So I wanted to talk to you a little bit today about this idea of authenticity, and about as we sort of try to become more intentional and authentic leaders, what we really should be focusing on to make that happen. And I think authentic leaders are willing to admit their mistakes, because that gives other people permission to admit their mistakes as well. You know, you mentioned your general counsel in that story, because I think in a lot of sectors, there’s a real hesitancy, especially from the people on the legal side, to allow leaders to make mistakes.
