SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: So I wanted to have on the show to talk about interviewing, even though it’s slightly intimidating for me to interview someone who’s such a good and famous interviewer. SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: That’s so interesting, because I think for a lot of people doing interviews– myself included– I sometimes put a lot of effort into the questions themselves, and almost coming up with a really creative, interesting question– maybe this person hasn’t been asked this before– but I think prioritizing trust first is a really interesting idea that doesn’t come out in a lot of job interviews. CAL FUSSMAN: One thing that I would say is– since we’re headed to the end of interview– is to save the tougher questions for toward the end of the interview.
