CURT NICKISCH: This doesn’t sound, maybe right now at least, completely different from showing up to work where I have things that I want to be working on, things that I know I have to do, and also people I can lobby to take on different roles. JOHN BUNCH: Yeah, so what you might do is if you were looking for work to do, there’s transparency around what work we are doing so you can look on a tool to help see all of the organization’s work. What people are currently doing– maybe there’s somebody you’ve worked with in the past that you really like to work with and you want to do more work with them –you can see what work they’re doing.
