SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: There is a kind of CEO though who will say my door is always open, they’ll do management by walking around, they try to make themselves more available. It changed the company then, it changes it today, and then they have a practice where not just Fadi, but senior managers regularly get out there in the trucks in the field with the people seeing, talking, and getting pushed and provoked in ways that most CEOs don’t get when they don’t do it. SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: Seems like being– maybe part of the appeal of being a CEO for some people is not having to be in that kind of situation.
