SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: Really the heart of your findings for these four behaviors that you found that the most successful CEOs and focus on, you said that they might not seem that surprising, but the thing is to really perform them with maniacal consistency. SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: There was some horrifying statistic in the article about how many new CEOs, first time CEOs fail to have a good team in place around them. SARAH GREEN CARMICHAEL: So the challenge with having this stereotype that’s very different than what actually works in reality, right, is that some people who might be great CEOs don’t ever get hired into the role, because they don’t fit the stereotype.
