If we want to try to move the needle, if we want to try to get better at helping people to manage this process, manage being on multiple teams and multiple projects, manage the stress that comes along with it, manage the organizational risk that comes along with it, we’re going to have to accept that this data, you know, data can be used for good; that data can be used for evil. Now, one of the challenges is, with people working on multiple teams and moving from project to project and working globally in virtually, what the team is starting to become a whole lot more fuzzy and a whole lot harder to put your finger on.
