Harvard Business Review’s editor-in-chief Adi Ignatius recently sat down with Comstock, and he started by asking her about the right way to innovate or introduce change at a company – big or small. And I don’t know how companies can succeed if they don’t make room for failure. ADI IGNATIUS: But you had a trickier problem, and the book does deal in specifics – you don’t seem to be holding back about triumphs and failures both – but the problem being not different perspectives exactly, but people who resist, people who didn’t want to change, people who would belittle, you know, those of you who were trying to lead change.
