ALYSSA WESTRING: I think one thing that seems to work for most of the families that we work with, and is sort of universally applicable, is the idea of being present, and being where you are so that when you’re at work, take a small step to be more focused on what you need to be accomplishing rather than dealing with a hundred different things at once, or putting out fires, where does my mind and my energy need to be?
