One of which is, we know that when people are experiencing chatter, they’re often highly motivated to talk about what’s bothering them with other people. So a lot of people have a lot of time alone with their thoughts, and I think a lot of people are struggling, but I do want to emphasize that we’re talking about, let’s say, ballpark around 30% of the population is experiencing clinical levels of anxiety and depression over the past year. ALISON BEARD: Speaking of giving advice, if I am a manager, a leader of a team, even a colleague, how can I figure out when someone is struggling with chatter and help them calm it?
