AJAY BANGA: With employees, Alison, and all this fits into a bigger picture I’ll give you a view of, but with it’s employees, what we said was, you’ve got to have employees who are engaged with the company for all the right reasons. And then it leads, over the course of the rest of the year, to a talent development plan for the company where we look at, where the puck is going, where’s the company going in its future.
