CURT NICKISCH: If the system was built up in a way because of choices we made and things we demanded and built the economy for, right, now, if consumers want to demand more sustainability or they want to demand transparency, it seems like you could change the economy and you could change how these supply chains work to deliver that if that’s something people are asking for. In trying to understand both where you’re sourcing, but also how you’re selling, what are the tradeoffs that we’re making that we might not have been consciously making, depending on are we relying on middlemen, are we going directly and what middlemen are we relying on?
