And we hear about this; we hear about leaders who are really good at feedback, leaders who are really good at transparency, leaders who are really great at rallying their teams, leaders who are really good at managing people and organizations. It’s the kind of example that shows you that when people from different parts of an organization come together, they can build incredible things, because oftentimes you’ve got incredible specific expertise in one part of an organization and really great expertise in another part of an organization, and it’s not as common as we think when those two parts of the organization come together and build something.
