Tom Davenport is a professor of Information Technology and Management at Babson College, a visiting scholar at the MIT initiative on the Digital Economy and co-author of the HBR article, We’re All Programmers Now, as well as the book All-in On AI: How Smart Companies Win Big With Artificial Intelligence. Well, I did recently talk to a very prominent technology company, and they’ve recently introduced a number of tools for doing this kind of work, both on the data analysis side and on the automation side, and also quite big into generative AI.
