And in part, I think that the reason for this low takeup is that there wasn’t this full alignment that is really needed with the middle managers to make sure that they could work with the organization, with the company, to identify who was the right person for the program, as well as that the person had the right incentives and the right mindset to participate in the training program. And so as much as training and reskilling is a function of the supply of these tools, there is a big chunk of work that needs to happen on the demand side, which means, how do the employees perceive these training programs, and what are you doing for them to understand why this matters, and what’s coming for them after they’ve completed the programs?
