A planning application seeks approval to convert RAFA Club, on Huntingdon Street, in St Neots, into seven flats and two bungalows. The plans propose retaining and improving the Grade II listed building both inside and out, making use of new party walls to create seven separate flats. The applicant also hopes to repair the roof, walls and fenestration to restore the property back to its historical use - a series of residential units called The Limes. Two bungalows clad in black timber and featuring a pitched roof design will sit at the rear of the building. "In fact, these changes, alterations, and repairs will positively enhance this listed building now and in the future."
