Three blind veterans supported by Blind Veterans UK, alongside three volunteers and three staff members, visited RAF Brize Norton on Saturday, September 13. "I was previously based at RAF Valley, and during my time there, I met a group of blind veterans who came for a visit. "I was inspired by their stories and hearing how they are supported by Blind Veterans UK. Blind Veterans UK supports thousands of blind veterans across the country, but knows there are many thousands more who still need its support to rebuild their lives after sight loss. Since 1915, it has provided rehabilitation, training, practical advice, and emotional support to tens of thousands of blind veterans.
