The competition, to mark Recycle Week, which will run from September 22 to 28, is open to children aged five to 14 and aims to encourage creative thinking around recycling and sustainability. Luke Emery, national sustainability director at Aldi, said: "At Aldi, we are always looking for ways to reduce waste and make recycling easier for customers. "Recycling is something we can all do, but sometimes it takes a spark of creativity to bring the message to life. The winning designs will be displayed on Aldi’s digital screens in stores across the UK, including in the winners’ local stores. Parents and teachers can send A4 poster designs, including the child’s name and age, to recycleweek@aldi.co.uk.
