(Image: Thames Valley Police)On Wednesday (September 17), officers followed a vehicle driving through Chipping Norton, which had a Police National Computer Act marker, before stopping it on Albion Street.
Basil was the sole occupant of the vehicle, stating that there was a trade policy on the vehicle.
Whilst checks were being completed, it transpired that he was a disqualified driver and there was no insurance policy in place.
Basil had a total of 24 points on his licence and had previously been given a suspended sentence for driving whilst disqualified, with the disqualification in place until 2028.
