Hartwell Automotive Group has become the first dealer group in the UK to partner with California-based technology provider Tekion. Tekion is a US-based technology company providing cloud-native platforms for automotive retail and manufacturing. Its Automotive Retail Cloud is used by dealer groups across North America and is now being introduced in the UK. Hartwell will roll out Tekion’s Automotive Retail Cloud (ARC) platform later this year, beginning with a phased launch at one site. ARC is a cloud-based dealer management system that combines sales, service, parts, accounting, customer management and analytics.
