Residents in Dublin 15 are voicing strong opposition to fast food delivery drones operated by Manna, citing noise, lack of consultation and planning issues. A public meeting has been scheduled for Monday, October 6th at 7pm in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown, where concerns will be discussed. The local group Drone Action D15 has accused the company of making misleading claims about drone noise levels, community engagement, and respect for “no-fly” requests. However, according to Drone Action D15, such requests are not being fully respected, with some residents reporting continued drone flights despite submitting formal requests. The group claims that the number of such complaints has risen by 800% in the past two months.
