A juvenile is arrested for allegedly posting a threat onto social media to shoot up a school in Rapides Parish. The threat was made to Oak Hill High School in Elmer. Tommy Carnline with the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office says the threat was made Sunday, and the sheriff and superintendent had to act fast. Carnline says with the assistance of the Cyber Crime Unit, they were able to track down a suspect after several hours. Carnline says when a threat is posted onto social media like this one, it will spread like wildfire.
