Dublin-based Ardonagh Europe Ltd. has agreed to acquire Groupe Leader Insurance of France, one of the country’s top 10 wholesale and multi-specialist brokers, The Irish Times reported. Paris-based Groupe Leader, which reported 190 million euros ($224 million) in gross written premium in 2024, will continue operating under its existing leadership.
