The new complex will feature host workshops, flexible training spaces, an 160-capacity auditorium, seminar rooms, exhibition areas, and a café. The ‘Construcity’ competition is part of the long-term Brussels 2025 strategy to support employment, vocational training, and ecological transition within key sectors including construction. The study and construction budget for the Beliris phase of the project totals approximately €6.88 million excluding VAT.
