This scholarship asks you to think critically about the 7th amendment for a chance to win $2,000! Any high school senior accepted to attend a four-year university by the time of the award, or full time student attending a four-year university in the United States can apply. Remember, this scholarship is given twice a year so if you don’t win this semester there’s always next semester!
