The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department released video from a pursuit earlier this year in which a murder suspect fired at officers multiple times. He was fatally shot by an officer when he pointed a gun at the officer after the pursuit ended. Just before 8 a.m., officers located the suspect, 76-year-old Walter McNary, driving the vehicle that had been described. And again at another intersection, McNary slowed and fired at officers.
