Theatre Severn is preparing for a festive season full of "dazzling dancing, toe-tapping tunes, and plenty of laughs" with its upcoming pantomime, Dick Whittington and his Cat. David Jack, Theatre Services Manager, said: "Following a truly record-breaking season last year with Sleeping Beauty, we can’t wait to share another magical pantomime season with our audiences again. "Over 27,000 tickets have been snapped up already, for what promises to be our most spectacular pantomime yet. Councillor Alex Wagner, deputy leader of the council and portfolio holder for communities, said: "People love a good pantomime and panto season at our theatre is always a huge success year after year. "With 70 per cent of tickets already sold, it’s a tribute to the professionalism of everyone involved that this year is poised for another great run."
