Sajad Shan, 40, of Mayfield Road, was sentenced at Harrogate Justice Centre on Tuesday for exceeding a 30 miles per hour speed limit. Court records show the offence was dealt with via the Single Justice Procedure. Shan was caught by manned equipment driving above 30mph in a blue Porsche Panamera on the A65 near Ingleton, North Yorkshire, on December 30 last year. Shan was handed six penalty points on his driving licence for the speeding offence. This includes a £660 fine, a surcharge of £264 to fund victim services and £110 in costs.
