It is hosting a cafe event on Wednesday, October 1, from 1pm to 3.30pm. A spokesperson says: "We will celebrate the roles that older people take in running and volunteering at our hall, and everyone who has supported us. "The event is free, but donations to the hall are welcome." The hall is also hosting an autumn fair, on Saturday (September 27), from noon to 2pm. It will include stalls, food, a tombola, raffle, games and crafts.
