The incident allegedly happened on Friday, September 19, at around 11pm, after cops were called to a report of a disturbance on Carrick Terrace. A 28-year-old man was arrested and charged with possession of an offensive weapon. He was held in police custody to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court.
