NOAA’s Weather Prediction Center (WPC) placed parts of 10 states in a Level 2 out of 4 flash flood threat on Tuesday.
This graphic shows the flash flood threat on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
By Thursday, more portions of East Tennessee and western North Carolina, as well as western Virginia and southern West Virginia, are in a Level 1 out of 4 flash flood threat.
